Overview: The Sleep Disorders Symptom Checklist-25 is a short but comprehensive screener for 6+ sleep disorders. It asks about how often clients experience certain sleep related symptoms.

Scoring and interpretation: Total scores range from 0-100. Answers are scored on a 5-point Likert scale from "Never" (0) to "More than 5 times a week" (4). Higher scores suggest more issues with sleep. Scores can be tracked over time to track if sleep improves. A lot of the questions are about specific symptoms so it is important to also pay attention to improvement on individual questions and not just the overall total score.
