When you enroll a Client on Blueprint with a they are sent an invitation to download the Blueprint App.

If the Client misplaces their invitation or you want to send another one as a gentle reminder for your Client, you can quickly resend the invitation at any time right from the Client's profile. π
Permissions
Who can resend an invitation to download the Blueprint App to a Client?

Clinician: Can invite their own Clients to download the Blueprint App.
β Supervisor: Can invite any Client to download the Blueprint App.
β Biller: Billing roles alone cannot access or invite any Clients.
β Admin: Can invite any Client to download the Blueprint App.
Important Notes
The Client must have both an email address and phone number on their profile in order to send them an invitation to download the Blueprint App.
When the first invitation to install the Blueprint App is sent to your Client, the Client receives the invite via email and text message. When you resend the invitation however, the invite is only sent via text message.
How to resend a Client an invitation download the Blueprint Client Mobile App:
Navigate to the Client's profile
In the Client Measure Summary, click any of the Invite to install Blueprint Mobile buttons:
βThat's it! π An invitation is immediately sent to your Client via text message.

Q: How do I know if my Client has installed and signed into the Blueprint Client Mobile App?
βA: The Invite to install Blueprint Mobile text will no longer appear in the Check-in modules (outlined in pink in the screenshot above).
