Label and group your clients with Programs!

In this article we'll discuss what the "Programs" feature is for are and how to use them.


Permissions

Who can create and assign Programs?


✅ Clinician: Can assign a Program to their own clients.

✅ Supervisor: Can assign a Program to any client.

Biller: Billing roles alone cannot assign a Program to any clients.

✅ Admin: Can create new Programs and assign a Program to any client.


What are "Programs"?

Right now, Programs acts as a way to simply label your client profiles based on the different program types you may have at your clinic.

You can also filter the Treatment Outcomes report by Program!

For example, if your clinic offers IOP, you can create a program called "IOP", then assign it to your IOP clients. The Program they are assigned to will appear on their profile:

💡 In the future, Programs will do much more!


How to create a Program​

  1. Click on your name in the upper right corner of Blueprint and choose Programs

  2. Click Add Program


How to assign a Program​ to a client

  1. From the client's profile click the Program tab

  2. Click Enroll in Program

  3. Select a Program from the list (The Program must be created before assigning it to a client)

  4. Click Enroll

That's it! You will see the client's assigned Program and be able to utilize the Program filter in the Treatment Outcomes report.
