β Supervisor: Can view their own Clinician Dashboard with data from their own assigned Clients.
β Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access to any Client Profiles, therefore do not have access to a Clinician Dashboard.

βοΈ What is the Clinician Dashboard?
The Clinician Dashboard gives you a quick pulse on your Clients with summarized caseload information and notifications about your Clients latest Blueprint activity.
β
The Dashboard can be explained in two parts; Notifications and Caseload Insights.
π¬ Notifications
Overview
There are currently four types of Notifications that appear in the Clinician Dashboard:
Completed Assessment: One of your Clients has completed an Assessment
Completed Worksheet: One of your Clients has completed a Worksheet
Client Transferred: A Client has been transferred to you
Client Assigned: A Client has been assigned to you
Reading Notifications
New notifications will appear highlighted in blue, whereas "read" notifications will appear white:
To "read" a Notification, click the View Profile button (brings you to the Client's Profile) or Review button (opens the Client's latest Worksheet results in a pop-up) button on the right.
π‘ Click the Client's name or initials on any Notification to navigate to their Profile!
High-Risk Flags
Any Notifications related to a High-Risk Client will show a High-Risk Flag next to their name, similar to how it appears on their Profile.
β
This doesn't necessarily mean that the High-Risk Flag was triggered from the Assessment in the Notification, but instead shows the Client's current High-Risk status, which could have also been triggered by a previous Assessment response or toggled on manually by a Staff Member.
π Clinical Insights
Overview
Caseload Insights provide a live snapshot of your In Treatment Clients and updates as your Client's Assessments are adjusted, High-Risk status shifts, Clients are discharged, etc.
β
There are currently two Caseload Insight modules:
Client Count: A quick view of how many Clients you're assigned to
Clinical Summary: A summary of your caseload based on your Client's assigned Assessments
Client Count
The Client Count highlights a few key points about your Clients:
In Treatment Clients: The number of Clients assigned to you who are actively in treatment.
Overdue Clients: The number of your In Treatment Clients with at least one overdue Assessment.
High-Risk Clients: The number of your In Treatment Clients flagged as High-Risk.
Clinical Summary
The Clinical Summary contains an overview of your In Treatment Client's Clinical Domains, Assessments, and age.
Clinical Domain: Which Clinical Domains your In Treatment Clients are being treated for based on their currently assigned Assessments.
Assessments: Which specific Assessments are assigned to your In Treatment Clients.
Age Range: A breakdown of your In Treatment Client's age.
π‘ Your Client's Clinical Domains are determined by which Assessments are currently assigned to them, regardless of their Assessment score(s).
π‘ Each Assessment is linked to one Clinical Domain, but a Client can have multiple Clinical Domains associated with their profile. For example, if a Client is assigned the PHQ-9 (Depression) and the GAD-7 (Anxiety), that Client would add one count towards Depression and one count towards Anxiety in the Clinical Domain summary.
