Adjust Your Blueprint Notification Settings [Clients]

How to set or change the schedule of your Check-In and Assessment reminders.

As a Blueprint user, you can choose which days and times you'd like to be reminded to complete your assigned Check-Ins and Assessments.

Before we dive into how to adjust your notification preferences, let's review the differences between Check-Ins and Assessments.

  • Check-Ins are designed to be completed daily, but you and your Clinician may choose any cadence that aligns with your treatment plan.

    • Check-Ins are always available for you to complete

    • There is no limit as to how often or how many time you can complete a Check-In

  • Assessments are usually completed weekly, but again your Clinician may have another cadence in mind according to your treatment plan. Assessments are usually billed to your insurance -- check with your Clinician for their specific policy on Assessment costs.

    • Assessments are only available for you to complete when they are due

    • Assessments can only be completed one time per due date according to the frequency defined by your Clinician


Important Notes

  • Your notification schedule are only customizable if you have the Blueprint Client Mobile App. If you receive Check-In/Assessment notifications via text or email, those are scheduled and/or manually sent by your Clinician. To request a different text/email notification schedule, discuss with your Clinician directly.


How to Adjust your Notification Settings within the Blueprint Client Mobile App

  1. Within the Blueprint app, click Settings in the upper-left corner

  2. Select Notifications

  3. Select Check-ins

  4. Choose the days and times you'd like to be reminded to complete your assigned Check-ins

  5. Click the back arrow in the upper-left to return to the settings menu to repeat this process for Clinical Assessment notifications if desired, or go back to your Blueprint dashboard

  6. That's it! πŸŽ‰ You will now receive reminders to complete your Check-ins and Assessments via Blueprint app push notifications

    πŸ’‘ Your Clinician also has the ability to override your Clinical Assessment notification schedule, as well as send them to you manually. If you notice you're receiving Assessment notifications at a time that is inconvenient for you, or if you don't have the ability to edit your own notifications, let your Clinician know!

  1. Q: Can I turn off notifications completely?

    A: Yes. To turn off Check-in notifications, from Check-in Notification Settings click Edit, then press the red circle to delete the notification schedule.


    To turn off Clinical Assessment notifications, from within the Clinical Assessment Notification Settings press Turn off Clinical Assessment Reminders.
