Clients have complete control over how they receive Assessment and Check-in notifications (aka reminders) from Blueprint. Staff Members can view which method of communication the Client has selected.
Permissions
✅ Clinician: Can access their own Clients
✅ Supervisor: Can access all Clients
❌ Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.
✅ Admin: Can access all Clients
How to View a Client's Notification Settings
Navigate to the Client's profile
Go into their Client & Participant's tab
Scroll down to the Assessment Reminders and Check-in Reminders section to view
Click Save
