If you want to save, print, share or even add your Client's Blueprint data to a progress note in your EHR, you can do so by downloading a Client Summary or Assessment result as a PDF! π

Who can download Client Summaries and Assessment results?

Clinician: Can access and download Client data for their own Clients.
β Supervisor: Can access and download Client data for any Client.
β Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.
β Admin: Can access and download Client data for any Client.
How to Download a Client Summary or Assessment Results as a PDF
Navigate to the Client's profile
In the upper-right corner, click the blue Actions button
Click or hover over Download PDF Report and choose an option:
Summary:
a snapshot of the Client's profile page
Latest Assessment(s):
a snapshot of the Client's profile page
the latest Assessment(s) completed by the Client
Full Report:
a snapshot of the Client's profile page
all Assessment(s) completed by the Client
That's it! π You'll see a green "Finished Download!" confirmation signifying the PDF has saved to your computer.
FAQ
Q: Can I save Client Check-in details as well?

βA: No. While a basic summary of Check-in results is included in the Client Summary (snapshot of the Client's profile page), currently only Assessment results can be exported as a PDF. We hope to enable saving of Worksheets, Symptom Trackers, and Phone Sensor Data in the future! πQ: Can I save the results of one specific Assessment?

βA: No. Currently the two options for downloading Assessment results are either the most recent Assessment(s) that the Client has completed or a Full Report which includes all of the Assessments the Client has completed.

You could download the Full Report, where each Assessment has its own page, then use a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat to export the single Assessment you need.
