In this article we'll walk through how to make changes to your Blueprint Plan.
Permissions
Who can manage a Blueprint Plan:
❌ Clinician: Cannot make changes to Blueprint Plans.
❌ Supervisor: Cannot make changes to Blueprint Plans.
❌ Biller: Cannot make changes to Blueprint Plans.
✅ Admin: Can access and make changes to Blueprint Plans.
✅ Org Admin: Can access and make changes to Blueprint Plans.
Important Notes
If you don't see the Billing page reach out to our support team to make changes to your Plan.
Annual Plans are charged in full immediately. Unused time cannot be refunded if cancellation is requested before the contract is up.
If you're currently on an annual Plan you will not be able to switch to a monthly Plan until your annual contract ends.
How to change your Evidence Based Care Plan:
Navigate to your Billing page (click your name in the upper-right and select Billing)
In the Evidence-Based Care Plan section, click Change Plan
Select Monthly or Annually (20% Off) to compare Plans
💡 Making changes in the middle of the month or year? No problem! All Plan upgrades are automatically prorated, effective and charged immediately to your card on file.
Select the Plan you'd like and click Choose Plan
Enter your credit card information if prompted and click Upgrade Plan
Adding and removing Users to your Evidence Based Care Plan:
Blueprint Plans are charged per User. When you add or remove Users to your Blueprint account the pricing takes care of itself!
When you add new Users to your Blueprint account:
Annual Plans are prorated and are charged immediately to your card on file at the time of adding a User.
Monthly Plans are also prorated but the charge is tacked onto your next invoice.
If you remove Users from your Blueprint account:
Annual Plans are prorated and a credit will be added to your next annual invoice.
Monthly Plans are also prorated and the credit is applied to your next monthly invoice.
💡 Some clinics may have a contract that includes a minimum number of Users. If you're not sure what your User minimum is or if you have questions about the number of Users on an invoice, reach out to our support team and we'd be happy to help!
FAQ
Q: What if I upgrade my Plan or add Users to my account in the middle of a month or year that I already paid for?
A: For Annual Plans, Plan upgrades and User additions are billed the pro-rated amount immediately at the time of upgrade.
For Monthly Plans, Plan upgrades and User additions will be pro-rated for the remainder of the current month and tacked onto your next scheduled invoice.Q: What if I downgrade my Plan or remove Users from my account in the middle of a month or year that I already paid for?
For Annual Plans, it's not possible to downgrade Plans. If any Users removed a pro-rated credit will be applied to your next invoice.
For Monthly Plans, downgrading Plans automatically pro-rates a credit on your next invoice. If Users are removed then a pro-rated credit will be applied to your next invoice.
