Update a Client's Phone, Email Address, Birthdate, or Name

How to update your Client's name, DOB, email address, phone number, or medical record number.

Did your Client get a new email address? Is there a typo in their name? No problem! You can update your Client's details such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or medical record number anytime from within their file.


Permissions

✅ Clinician: Can access their own Clients

✅ Supervisor: Can access all Clients

Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.

✅ Admin: Can access all Clients


Important Notes

  • Clients login to the Blueprint app with an email address -- they will always need to use whatever email address is actively listed on their file to login


How to Edit Client Details

  1. Navigate to the Client's profile

  2. Go into their Client & Participant's tab

  3. Make desired changes

  4. Click Save
