Important Notes
Our Benefit Check process estimates a Client's financial responsibility. We do this by taking their eligibility results and calculating it with your unique fee schedules while taking into account their remaining deductible and out-of-pocket balance.
Our results are an estimate and based on the current values at the time of running the Benefit Check. While we feel confident in the estimates, actual Client out-of-pocket costs may vary.
How to request a Benefit Check for Blueprint Assessments:
From the Main Menu Bar, click Resources and select Benefit Check
Our operator will appear and ask you a few questions so that our team can run a Benefit Check for you.
Our team will perform the Benefit Check and respond to you within two business hours. We will let you know if we need any additional details along the way.
