In this article we'll walk through how to add a new clinician (or any other staff member) to Blueprint.
Permissions
Who can add a staff member to Blueprint?
β Clinician: Cannot add Staff Members to Blueprint.
β Supervisor: Cannot add Staff Members to Blueprint.
β Biller: Cannot add Staff Members to Blueprint.
β Admin: Can add Staff Members to Blueprint and assign Clinician, Supervisor, Biller and Admin permissions.
How to add a staff member to Blueprint
While logged into Blueprint, click your name in the upper right, then click Users
Click the blue Add User button
Enter in the staff member's details, choose their permissions, then click Create User
π‘ If you choose to send the invite later, just come back to this Users page to send it anytime!
That's it! π The staff member will soon receive an email with instructions on how to create their Blueprint account.
