Permissions
❌ Clinician: Cannot edit or delete any User
✅ Supervisor: Can edit or delete User with Clinician-level Permissions only
❌ Biller: Cannot edit or delete any Users
✅ Admin: Can edit or delete any Users
Important Notes
Deleting a User will immediately revoke their access from their Blueprint account.
If there are any Clients currently assigned to the User being deleted, you will be prompted to either archive or reassign their Clients to another User.
How to Delete a User
Navigate to the Users page by Clicking your name in the upper right and Selecting Users
Find the User you want to remove -- you can click anywhere in the row to select them.
Click Delete User in the lower right of the window
If there are any Clients currently assigned to the User being deleted, you will be prompted to either archive or reassign their Clients to another User
Click Permanently Delete User button to delete the User
